Fleet Management Software
Fleets bleed money quietly: idle time, missed services, fuel slippage, paperwork. Software should catch all four.

The short version
We build fleet systems for operators running 5 to 500 vehicles — live location, maintenance scheduling, driver compliance, fuel and cost tracking in one place.
The difference is in what happens automatically: services get booked before they are overdue, unusual fuel spend gets flagged, inspection forms fill themselves in from the last one, and dispatch sees the whole board without radio chatter.
It runs on a phone in the cab and a dashboard in the office, and it works with the telematics hardware you already have.
What you get
The pieces that make it work
Live tracking and dispatch
Real-time vehicle positions, route history and geofence alerts, with jobs assigned to the closest qualified driver.
Preventive maintenance
Service intervals by mileage, engine hours or date, with automatic work orders, vendor scheduling and full per-vehicle history.
Driver app
Digital inspections with photos, job details, proof of delivery and hours — usable one-handed in a parking lot with bad signal.
Fuel and cost analytics
Cost per mile by vehicle, fuel card reconciliation, and anomaly detection that catches slippage the month it starts.
Compliance tracking
Licenses, registrations, insurance and inspection expiries tracked with escalating reminders before anything lapses.
Telematics integrations
Works with common GPS and ELD hardware, or we can supply and provision devices as part of the rollout.
Scope
Everything included, written down before we start
Your proposal lists exactly this. Nothing on it becomes a change order later.
- Web dashboard for dispatch and management
- Mobile driver app for iOS and Android
- Maintenance scheduling and work order system
- Fuel, cost and utilization reporting
- Telematics and fuel card integrations
- Onboarding for office staff and drivers
Logistics · 90 vehicles
One board for ninety vehicles
Dispatch ran on a whiteboard, three spreadsheets and a group chat. Services were tracked by memory, and two trucks had been off the road that quarter for maintenance that was months overdue.
A dispatch dashboard fed by their existing GPS units, plus a driver app for inspections and proof of delivery. Maintenance intervals now generate work orders automatically and escalate before anything lapses.
Illustrative of a typical engagement rather than a named client record.
Questions
Fleet, answered
Do we have to buy new hardware?
Not usually. We integrate with most mainstream GPS and ELD providers. If your current devices are the bottleneck we will price out replacements before you commit to anything.
Will drivers actually use the app?
That is the design constraint we care about most. Inspections take under a minute, it works offline and syncs later, and we run the first-week rollout with your drivers rather than emailing them a PDF.
How does this compare to the big fleet platforms?
Those are strong products, and for a straightforward fleet they may be the right call. Custom pays off when your operation has requirements they do not cover, or when per-vehicle subscription costs have outgrown the value at your size.
